Orders for next day must be submitted by 4pm. Cold-press orders are available for signature jugos only (#1 through #9) and must be submitted by 1pm. You will receive a confirmation for your order within 24 hours.

Our juices are made fresh with no preservatives or additives. Old School juices are best consumed within 8-12 hours when properly refrigerated and must be picked up each morning of the cleanse program. Cold-press juices may be kept for up to 2 days with proper refrigeration and may be picked up every other day. Payment for cleanse programs are taken in full at pick up on the first day.

About Juice Cleansing

 Juice cleanses are an easy way to give your body a kick-start on health. Switching to a nutrient-rich, liquid diet eases the digestive system and allows the body to focus on deep healing and detoxification. Juice cleanses are perfect anytime you feel like you need a little pick-me-up. They can be especially helpful in:

  • Introducing a new, healthier routine into your lifestyle
  • Helping the body to recover after occasions of over- indulgence, such as holidays
  • Getting back on track, when energy is low and lagging
  • Making you glow, inside and out

Best Practices

To get the best results out of your Juice cleanse, we recommend following a couple guidelines.

 Adjust your diet a few days before and after your cleanse to mostly fruits, fresh vegetables, and whole grains, such as quinoa. Avoid consuming caffeine, alcohol, refined sugars and starches, meat and dairy products, and fried or processed foods. You will want to avoid completely shocking the body and reintroduce these foods slowly back into your diet after your cleanse. 

 Drink plenty of water.  8 to 10 glasses throughout the day is ideal, especially while you are on the cleanse.   For every juice you drink, you should have - minimally - one glass of water in between. This is important for keeping the body hydrated, reducing hunger, as well as aiding in flushing out toxins.

Listen to your body. This is an important rule – if your body is telling you it wants to take a short nap, take one. If its telling you to hydrate - drink more water.

Skip the gym while on your cleanse. Avoid overly strenuous or challenging athletic activity. Gentle yoga or an invigorating walk are excellent options.

Pace yourself. While you do not need to adhere strictly to timing, it is generally recommended that you drink the first when you would normally have your first meal, and then pace them every 2-3 hours with your last at least two hours before you go to sleep. The most important thing is to listen to your body and pace yourself accordingly.
